- You must request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving our order. Incase no communication is received from your end within 3 days we consider the order as accepted.
- Please note any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume.
- The item/s must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange is made.
- All the return items must be packed in their original packaging along with labels, tags and the original invoice. If products are not returned in original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
What needs to be done?

- Once we are informed, we will send a person to pick up the package.
- If the returned product is in the original condition, we would arrange the exchange or the refund within 5 working days.
- Shipping charges need to be borne by the customer except in the following circumstance
- When the product is damaged.
- When a wrong product is sent.
- Please note that we will refund only the cost of the products, not the delivery charge.
